Justin Fallon has been incredible to work with and a complete blessing in a world of sometimes careless pet groomers. Justin is personable, professional, and clearly cares about our four legged furbabies. Kudos to Paw Zazz… exceptional facility with exceptional care and affordable!

Last week I bought my senior dog Fred and his new little brother Barney to get groomed. Both were so nervous when we arrived. When the groomer came out to get my dogs they were so nervous they didn't want to go in. The groomer said once I left they would be fine. I went outside and peeked in the window and I saw not one but two groomers sitting on the floor with my dogs petting them and talking to them. After a few mins they got up and my dogs went with them! I left feeling happy and relieved. When I went to pick them up they looked great, smelt great and I could tell how happy and comfortable they were. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Pawzazz!!! What a great experience!!

Our dog Jane went for daycare and grooming recently and they were so sweet! They wrote a long note telling us about her day, and sent texts to update us throughout the day. Her groom looks great and we are so happy with the experience!
